Jon Huggett is a leader, writer and coach with decades of experience in business and social impact organizations.
He has chaired five boards and run three companies. He served as a Partner at The Bridgespan Group and before as a Partner at Bain & Company. Earlier in his career, Jon worked with The Boston Consulting Group and at Procter & Gamble in sales and brand management. He has worked in the US, the UK, South Africa, Canada, Brazil, Australia and Japan.
The Guardian, Huffington Post, Stanford Social Innovation Review and others have published his articles.
Jon is an advocate for LGBT equality, having led or co-founded five organizations: the STOP AIDS Project, PlanetOut, B-GLAD (the Bain Gay & Lesbian Alliance for Diversity), the Organization for Refuge, Asylum and Migration, and All Out.
A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Jon works with leaders navigating complex challenges and advises boards on effective governance. His clients have included global organizations such as Lifebox and The Wikimedia Foundation.

He is the author of book chapters on social enterprise and global nonprofits.
As a Visiting Fellow at the Saïd Business School at Oxford University, Jon has taught with the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship. Jon was International Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Social Impact at the University of New South Wales. As a volunteer, he taught at Leeuwkop Prison near Johannesburg.
